About Me

I have been involved with the Alexander Technique for over 20 years, first as a pupil, then as a student and teacher of the Technique. I have enjoyed a very varied and interesting teaching experience - my pupils include doctors, actors, musicians, teachers, business people, children, retired people and entrepreneurs.

As well as my regular one-to-one teaching, I have organised and taken part in ‘taster days’ in schools, village halls and for prison staff.  I have also taught on weekend courses.

Coming from a teaching background, I graduated in 2006 from Oxford Alexander Training School (OATS), which provides a 3-year full-time course.  Since then I have regularly attended workshops organised by the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique and others.

I find that the Alexander Technique underlies and informs everything that I do now and I very much look forward to helping you to discover it for yourself.
